?2~ Ordinance 80-22, entitled.: "AN.EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN. EASEMENT FROM ADELINE.KRENZLER_, TRUSTEE, HENRY J. SCHMIDT AND THE HAYFIELD VILLAGE RACQUET CLUB, INC. FOR THE USE, MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF A SANITARY SEWER LINE." Introduced by Council as a Whole. Mrs. Harius,` seconded by Mr. Carmen, made a motion to suspend the rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. Roll Call: AYES» ALL - NAYS: None Motion Carried .- Ordinance Passed Ordinance 80-23, entitled: "AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AMENDING`ORDIN- ANCE 79-81." Introduced by Council as a Whole. Discussion was held on the fee to be charged and the charges that the residents would incur from Ohio Bell. Verification of the. exact 'charge fr-om Ohio Bell was to be determined.- _ Mayor Beebe commented that the residents should be made aware of the hidden costs before they commit themselves to an alarm system. Also, the Village is not an agent for Clark Electric and it should not be noted in the legislation that this is. the sole company.. There is a. letter to be sent to the residents re. the.. matter..
