X27. <br />1 <br />MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Village of Mayfield <br />April 25, 1980 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in special session on <br />Friday, April 25, 1980 at 6:20 P.M. in the Village Hall. Council <br />President, Alan Bennett presided. <br />Roll Call: Presen t: Messrs., Bennett, Carmen, Flynn, Spellman, and <br />Mrs. Hanus <br />Absent: Mr. Boger and Miss Trask <br />~l <br />Also Present: Mayor Beebe, Mr. Beatty and Mr. Feneli <br />Mr. Bennett stated the purpose of the meeting was to consider legis- <br />lation re the Echo Drive repaving project. <br />Resolution 80-27 entitled: "A RESOLUTION DETERMINIC~ THAT THE IMPROVE- <br />MENTS TO ECHO DRIVE SHOULD BE MADE." Introduced by Council as a Whole <br />Mr. Carmen, seconded by Mrs. Hanus, made a motion to suspend the rules <br />of law requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Hanus, seconded by Mr. Carmen, made a motion to pass resolution <br />80-27. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Passed <br />Ordinance 80-28, entitled "AN ORDINANCE CONFIRMING THE AWARD OF A CON- <br />TRACT TO FRASER PAVING CO. AS THE LOWEST AND BEST BIDDER FOR THE RE- <br />PAVING AND REDITCHING OF ECHO DRIVE IN HAYFIELD VILLAGE."
