t 6'j <br />MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Vill.age of ,Mayfield <br />June 8, 1981 = <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in Special Session on <br />Monday, June 8, 1981 at 8:03 P.M. in the Village Hall, pursuant <br />to a written notice delivered to all Councilpersons on June 5, <br />1981. President Pro Tem, Lawrence J. Flynn; presic7.ed. - ° <br />Ro11 Ca11: Present: Messrs., Busa,Carmen, Flynn, Spellman, <br />Mrs. Hanus and Miss Trask - Absent- : None <br />Als_o Present Were Mayor Beebe, Mr. Amendola, Mr. Feneli, Mr. <br />Hovancsek, and Mrs. Maynard : <br />Mr. Flynn stated that the meeting had beencalled foz the pia.rpose <br />of electl?ng a.new President of Council ancl any other business that <br />may, come before Council. , <br />Mr. Flynn stated that if there were no objections from Council, that <br />he would like to begin with the Consideration of Minutes. <br />There were no objections. _ CONSIDERATION OFMMINUTES <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of Council - May 19, 1981 - Mr. Busa, seconded by <br />Mr. Flynn, made a motion to accept the minutes[as written. There <br />being no objections, the minutes stand as written. <br />Special Meetina of Council - June 1, 1981 - Mr. Flynn stated.there <br />being no objections, the minutes stand as corrected. <br />Mr. Flynn stated that regarding the salary increase for the Recreation <br />Coordinator, he would like Councils comments as to the percentage of <br />the increase. He stated that Council had received a letter from Mr. <br />Spellman stating that it was the Recreation.Committee's recommendation <br />that he receive a 10/ increase. He stated that`the Finance Committee <br />had recommended a 25/ increase,:.over a three year peribod. Mr. Flynn <br />stated that .the amount of,the increase should be determined by Council <br />&o:.that Nlrs.Ruggles and the Law Department can prepare the. addition <br />to the payr oidinance.
