<br />Brief.discussion was.held regarding the amendments to the pay. <br />ordinance. - . : <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Carmen, made a motion to accept the <br />amendmetts to the pay ordinance as written. Roll Call: AYES: All ` NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />. Amendments Accepted, <br />Mr. Hovancsek stated that Mr. Calabrese has submitted the final.. <br />estimate for the Beta Drive sidewalks. He stated that legislation <br />is needed to process the certification of the final assessments to <br />the property owners. <br />Mr. Feneli to get back to Mr. Hovancsek regarding this. <br />Miss Trask stated th at a deGisi6n; had been made regarding the <br />old police car that the Police Department had requested to keep <br />to be used aa an unmarked car. She stated it would be.kept on a. <br />trial basis for six monthse She stated that Mrs. Ruggles could <br />see no problems in doing this.. Miss Trask stated that at the end of the six month period an evaluation would be made and a <br />decision would be made to either retain the car or to sell it_as <br />previously planned. <br />Miss Trask, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to keep -the old <br />police car for a six month tria.l period. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Police car to be kept for a six month trial period. . <br />Mr. Flynn asked if there was any other matter to come before Council. <br />Mr..=.F'eneli:stated that he will.have the final ordinance for Ace Electric by nex.t Monday, for the Regular Meeting of Council. <br />Mr. Busa questioned the status of the "Bill of Rights" ordinance <br />for Police Officers. <br />Mr. Feneli stated that Chief Stevens was not in favor of the ordinance <br />so the subject wassnot pursued. <br />
