67 <br />Mr. Feneli stated that a new President Pro Tem must be elected. <br />Mr. Flynn asked if Council wanted to elect the Presddent Pro Tem <br />tonight, Council agreed. <br />Mr. Flynn stated the floor was open for nominations for Council <br />President Pro Tem. <br />Miss Trask, seconded by Mr. Flynn, nominated Mr. Busa. <br />Mr. Flynn asked if there were any other nominations. There were none. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Miss Trask, made a motion to close the <br />nominations. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Busa, Flynn, Mrs. Hanus and Miss Trask <br />NAYS: Messrs., Carmen, Spellman <br />? <br />Motion Carried <br />Council President Pro Tem - Mr.Vince J. Busa <br />Mayor Beebe thanked Council for making a decision, so that he did <br />not have to break a tie vote. <br />Mayor Beebe stated he would like to clear a few rumors. <br />He stated that Mr. Carmen has been a resident`-for ni.ne years,' <br />and has just purchased a home at 6636 N. Berkley Square, and plans <br />to remain a resident. He stated that Mr. Carmen is NOT related in <br />any wayto any developer in this town, as through rumor he was lead <br />to believe. <br />There were no other comments. <br />Mr. Flynn stated that in closing he would like to thank Council <br />for his app6intment. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Miss Trask, made a motion to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br />There being no objections, the meeting was adjourned at 8:55 P.M. <br />
