MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL Village of Mayfield August 17, 1981 The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in regular session on Monday, August 17, 1981, at 8:04 P.M. in the Village Hall: Council President, Lawrence J. FlynrD, presided. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. Roll Call: Present: Messrs., Busa, Etzler, Flynn, Mrs. Hanus and Miss Trask Absent : Messrs., Carmen, Spel.lman Also Present Were . Mayor Beebe, Mr. Amendola, Mr. Feneli, Chief Hejcl, Chief.Stevens, and Eloise Maynard OPEN PORTION Mr. Bill Marquardt, 6698 Wildwood Trail, stated he would like to thank Mr. Amendola and his crew for the improvement of the entrance way to Aintree North. He questioned the latest status of the trees on Wildwood and Timberline and if any action was taking place regarding the resurfacing of the street. Mr. Feneli stated he has had several conversations with Mr. Aveni and that Mr. Aveni is getting quotes on the cost to plant new trees. Mr. Feneli stated the Wildwood and Timberline case is in litigation and the pretrial is set, he thinks, for this month. Mr. Amendola stated that they were told to obtain the prices of the trees for Mr. Aveni, using the landscapers we do business with. He stated they have obtained the prices of trees and are now pricing the landscaping. Mayor Beebe stated the entire tree matter is being re-investigated. He stated that the Village is being paid $60.00 a month for upkeep of the entrance way to Aintree North. Mr. Amendola stated the Service Department opened up two catch basins at Village expense. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES Regular Meeting of July 20; 1981 - Mr. Flynn stated corrections to these minutes were given to uncil in a Friday packet. There being no further corrections, Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Hanus, made a motion to accept the minutes as corrected.
