1.20 <br />Mr. Feneli reminded Mrs. Maynard that the orciinance should be sent <br />to the Auditor withiri 15 days after passage, and to send notice <br />of passage to the newspaper. <br />Mrs. Ruggles stated the ordinance would be delivered to the Auditor's <br />Office tomorrow. <br />Ordinance 81-44, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE LEVYING ASSESSMENTS FOR <br />THE CONSTRUCTIOIV OF SIDEWALKS ON BETA DRIVE IN MAYFIELD VILLAGE, <br />OHIO, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY."
