Special Council Meeting <br />1-13-97 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Cappello said there is no time limit on our permit. <br />Mayor Rinker asked Chief Mohr if there was an immediate need for the emergency traffic <br />signals. <br />Chief Mohr said no; we will need a light as traffic on S.O.M. increases. It is more difficult to <br />get out at different times of the day. He believes it would be less expensive now than later. <br />Mr. Cappello said they will need a 6-8 week lead time to order equipment. <br />Council President Fixler said why not wait until early Spring. We will put it in the budget and <br />work it out. <br />Update - North County Trunk Line <br />Mr. Cappello reported the contractor is 500' north of Hickory Hill. They will, hopefully, be <br />done with the connections by mid-March. <br />Mr. Brett asked who is responsible for traffic control. They are stopping the directing of traff'lc <br />at 5 p.m.-in the middle of rush hour. <br />Council President Fixler asked if the contractor is responsible for keeping the street clean. <br />Mr. Cappello said they must keep the street clean. He will contact them. <br />Ezecutive Session <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to recess into Executive Session to discuss <br />personnel matters. <br />Roil Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Council went into Executive Session at 9:30 p.m. <br />Council reconvened at 9:47 p.m. <br />There being no further business, Mr. Fenante, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to adjourn.
