Regular Council Meeting <br />3-17-97 <br />Page 13 <br />Roll Call: A,YES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Buckholtz, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 97-15. <br />Mr. Brett said the budget is pretty much laid out. The figures in the ordinances are better than <br />those in the budget. We are trying to iron out where the money will come from when we <br />purchase the golf course. Moneys will come out of three funds: the Municipal Center Fund, the <br />General Fund and the Capital Improvement Fund. He will be refining the budget even more in the <br />next couple of weeks. He will have a second edit ready before June or Ju1y.' <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />? <br />Motion Garried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />OPEN PORTION - 3 minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to spealf must first state <br />their narne and address. This open portion is lixnited to discussion pertaining to the items under <br />"New Business" only. <br />There were no comments. <br />ANY OTHER MATTER THAT MAY CQME BEFORE COUNCIL <br />CLOSING COlVIlVIENTS <br />Chief 1Vlohr asked when the next school board meeting is. <br />Mrs. Cinco said it's on the 24'h <br />Chief Mohr said he will request the meeting be moved to a facility that will handle a large amount <br />of people. <br />Mr. Marquaxdt said he thinks the next meeting is scheduled to be held at the High School. <br />Mr. Buckholtz said it was brought to his attention that there was another break-in in the Worton <br />Park area. He,asked if there is an ongoing investigation. He is interested in finding out what is <br />going on. He and other residents are looking for answers and asked Chief Stevens if he would <br />give them direction. <br />Chief Stevens said it would be his pleasure.
