MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village <br />May 19; 1997 <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in regular session on Monday, May 19, 1997, at 8:07 p.m. in <br />the Mayfield Village Senior Center/Community Room. Council President Mark Fixler presided. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Buckholtz, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Fixler, <br />Mr. Marquardt and Dr. Parker <br />Absent: Mr. Busa <br />Also Present: 1Vlayor Ruiker, Mr. Brett, Mr. Cappello, Mr. Diemert, <br />Mr. Hovancsek, Mr. Metzung, Chief Mohr, Mr. Samac, <br />Chief Stevens and Miss Heath <br />OPEN PORTION <br />There were no comments. 11 CQNSIDERATTON OF MINUTES <br />Regular Council Meeting-Apri128, 1997 - Mr. Ferrante, seconded by 1V1r. Marquardt, made a <br />motion to approve the minutes as amended. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />COIVflVIENTS FROM MAYOR RINKER <br />Mayor Rinker welcomed Cindy Six and several seniors from Mayfield High School. He_said <br />Council will be considering a resolution in memory of Brian KhouLy later this evening. Brian was <br />a citizen of Mayfield Village who would have been a senior this year; however he died around <br />Christmas-time. His classma.tes felt it would be appropria.te to create a scholarship in his honor to <br />recognize the spirit of this fine student. <br />COlVIlVIEIrTTS FROM COUNCIL PRESIDENT FIXLER- <br />Council President Fixler had no comments. <br />
