Thase who wish to speak must first <br />state their name and address. This open portion is ]imited to discussion pertauiing to the items <br />under "New Business" only. <br />ANY OTHER MATTER THAT MAY COME BEFORE COUNCIL <br />Biofilter Site: Dr. Parker said he realized there were problems with grading at the biofilter site <br />and asked the targeted completion date. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said he spoke to Marc Kritzer of N.E.O.R.S.D. The contractor will be there this <br />week to correct the grading and start doing the final work. The District reminded him there is a <br />one-year guarantee on ,the landscaping and there is a strong possibility the landscaping would not <br />survive if planted before September. N.E.O.R.S.D. maintains it will get a written auiswer on it for <br />us. <br />Dr. Parker said he does not want to see it look like the one on Richmond Road. <br />Mrs. Cinco suggested they provide the Village with a letter with a tinnetable for completion. , <br />Mr. Hovancsek said it will be this fall. <br />Mayor Rinker will send a letter to make our position clear. (Mr. Hovancsek will draft a letter.) <br />Water Detention: - Mr. Diemert said we have obtained the easement from the School. If <br />Council is going forward, we need to authorize this project. The Service Director would like to <br />see the work done before school starts. We would need legislation and authorization to go <br />forward at the next meeting. <br />Mr. Buckholtz, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to authorize the Clerlc of Council to <br />advertise for bids for the water detention project. <br />Roll Call:. He would like to get them out before the summer is over.
