Regular Council Meeting <br />12-8-97 <br />Page 12 <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Ordinanee .11eTTo.. 97-42,_ entitled; "An emergency.ozdinanee. clarifying the <br />minimum set back requirements between the Progressive Development on Wilson Mills and the <br />Worton Park Subdivision residential properties." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a <br />Whole. <br />Mr. Marquardt, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to suspend the rules of Cou.ncil requiring <br />an ardinance to be-read.on-tbree separate occasions. <br />Roll Cali: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried. <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Buckholtz, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, inade a motion to enact Ordinance No. 97-42. <br />Mayor Rinker said for clarification, we have not discussed this on the open floor. We are talking <br />about the line that lies south of the creek that was expanded. <br />Mr. Buckholtz said it is actually a little bit north of the creek to the far south of the properly line. <br />It is wherever there are no garking spaces currently in the buffer zone. <br />Mayor Rinker said that should incorporate discussions we had years ago when we talked about <br />the adjustments that they made in the parking area. That would reflect the widening of the buffer <br />at-that-portion south. <br />Mr. Buckholtz said there is an "Exhibit A" attached wluch Steve Hovancsek had gone over with <br />Joe Diemert. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />Resolntion 1Vo. 97-17; entitled, "A IZesolution of Appreciation to Wallace J.
