Regular Council Meeting Minutes 8-21-00 Page 7 Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Expenditure Authorized Ordinance No. 2000-14, entitled; "An emergency ordinance pertaining to the Wages and Benefits and other terms and conditions of employment for employees of Mayfield Village, Ohio for the calendar years 2000 thru 2002, repealing all ordinances inconsistent herewith." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading 6-5-00; Second Reading Cr12-2000; Third Reading/Passed 7-17-00.) Mr. Diemen said Ordinance 2000-14 has already passed and the Finance Director has given everyone a corrected copy. There is no need to vote. Second Reading_of Ordinance No. 2000-18, entitled; "An emergency ordinance amending Section 549.08 restricting the use of archery equipment." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading 7/17/00.) Ordinance 2000-18 was given second reading. Third Reading of Ordinance No. 2000-16, entitled; "An ordinance revising the zone map of Mayfield Village, Ohio so as to amend the use classification of certain Village land to Single-Family Residential (U-1.) Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading 6-12-00; Second Reading Cr19-00; Public Hearing 8-21-00.) Ordinance 2000-16 was given third reading. Dr. Parker said we will leave this for tomorrow night. OPEN PORTION - 3 minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to speak must first state their name and address. This open portion is limited to discussion pertaining to the items under "Old Business" only. There were no comments. NEW BUSINESS' ^ A motion to authorize an expenditure in an amount not to exceed $3,500 to Sallash Press for the Fa112000 Voice of the Village Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Ilacqua, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in an amount not to exceed $3,500 to Ballash Press for the Fall 2000 Voice of the Village.
