Special Council Meeting <br />8-22-00 <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2000-28, entitled; "An emergency ordinance <br />authorizing a Development Agreement between the Village of Mayfield and Governor's <br />Village, LLC." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading <br />8/21 /00.) <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Ilacqua, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Ilacqua, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2000-29. <br />Dr. Parker asked if there were any comments. <br />There were no comments. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2000-29, entitled; "An ordinance declaring <br />improvements to certain parcels of real property to be a public purpose, requiring the <br />owners thereof to make service payments in lieu of taxes, describing public <br />improvements which benefit such parcels, authorizing an agreement with Governor's <br />Village L.L.C., establishing a municipal public improvement tax increment equivalent <br />fund for the deposit of such service payments, and related authorizations pursuant to <br />Ohio Revised Code Sections 5709.40, 5709.42 and 5709.43; and declaring an emergency." <br />Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole.
