<br />1 <br />f~ <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />11-20-00 <br />Page 9 <br />the Board of Appeals (they needed variances) and before Council. It has been approved by all <br />bodies. She asked if Council needs to vote on it also. <br />Mr. Diemert said he didn't think so--unless someone appealed to Council from the decision of <br />the Board of Appeals on the variances. <br />Mrs. Roman said no appeals have been received to date. <br />Mrs. Mills said Mr. Gaertner is in the audience and she thought that was why. <br />Mr. Gaertner said yes. <br />Mr. Buckholtz said he thought he heard Mrs. Mills said it was passed 3 votes to 2 [by the boa.] <br />On the Planning and Zoning, it was passed 5-1. <br />Council President Marquardt said the variance passed. <br />Mr. Buckholtz said it was pursuant to a traffic study which he found Lt. Dearden's detail on the <br />situation to be satisfactory. <br />Council President Marquardt said there is no action by Council. It has been approved by <br />Planning and Zoning and the Board of Appeals has granted the variances. <br />CLOSING COMMENTS <br />Several Council members extended wishes for a happy Thanksgiving holiday. <br />Mrs. Mills said she appreciates the Finance agenda. <br />Mrs. Cinco asked Mrs. Roman to be sure to get out the notices for the Infrastructure Committee <br />meeting on December 7 and to be sure it is on the calendar. [Notices were sent.] <br />Dr. Parker said he has heard many positive comments about our brochure. While we are trying <br />to keep the budget down, we do get good comments about them. <br />Amendment of Ordinance 2000-37. Mr. Diemert said Council passed Ordinance 2000-371ast <br />month approving the contract with Cablevision of the Midwest, Inc. The actual name of the <br />company has changed since we did the original ordinance to Telerama, Inc. He requested a <br />motion to amend Ordinance 2000-37 merely for the name change of Cablevision of the Midwest, <br />Inc. to Telerama, Inc. so we can correct our files. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Ilacqua, made a motion to amend Ordinance 2000-37 to change the <br />name from Cablevision of the Midwest, Inc. to Telerama, Inc. <br />
