11 <br />MINUTES OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village Civic Hall <br />Monday, January 7, 2008 -7:00 p.m. <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in special session on Monday, Januaxy 7, <br />2008 at seven o'clock (7:00) p.m. at Mayfield Village Civic Hall. Ms. Calta called the <br />meeting to order and asked for a roll call. <br />ROLL CALL: Mr. Buckholtz <br />Mrs. Cinco <br />Mr. Marquarclt <br />Mrs. Mills <br />Mr. Marrie <br />Dr. Parker <br />Mr. Saponaro <br />ABSENT: None <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mayor Rinker, Mr. Brett, Chief Dearden, Ms. Calta, <br />Mr. Cappello, Mr. Marrelli, Mr. Metzung, Chief Mohr, <br />Mr. Thomas, Mr. Dinardo, Mrs. Kalina and Mrs. Betsa <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />• Administration of Oaths of Office (For those elected in November 2007 to 4- <br />year terms) <br />MAYOR Bruce G. Rinker <br />Ms. Calta administered the oath of office to Bruce G. Rinker as Mayor for a 4- <br />year term. <br />Mayor Rinker continued with the order of business by administering the oath of <br />office to members of Council. <br />
