Regular Council Meeting 1-22-08 Page 13 First Readiniz of Ordinance No. 2008-07, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance amending Section 131.05(c) of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio, establishing the compensation of Human Services Director for 2008 and repealing all ordinances inconsistent therewith." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Ordinance No. 2008-07 will be left on first read for further claYification of the language. r u First Reading of Ordinance No. 2008-08, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance amending Chapter 1335 of the Village's Codified Ordinances adopting the International Property Maintenance Code, 2006 edition." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mrs. Mills, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2008-08. Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. This Ordinance will bring us in compliance. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted First Reading of Ordinance No. 2008-09, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into an easement agreement with Progressive Direct Insurance Company as and for the right of the Village to obtain an easement over Progressive property and for Progressive to obtain an easement over Village property." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions.
