Regular Council Meeting <br />1-22-08 <br />Page 16 <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2008-04, entitled "An Emergency Resolution re-establishing <br />terms, conditions and compensation for the services of the Prosecutor." Introduced by Mayor <br />Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2008-04. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There were no comments. <br />N, <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All ? ' ?.. <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2008-05, entitled "An Emergency Resolution providing for the <br />employment of a municipal architect for Mayfield Village, Ohio according to Ordinance No. <br />70.7 and Section 1301.03 of the Codified Ordinances." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council <br />as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2008-05. <br />Council President Buckholtz aslced if there was any discussion. There were no comments. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />CLOSING COMMENTS <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any additional comments. <br />Mrs. Mills explained to the audience that all of the above Ordinances and Resolutions <br />which were passed were all discussed previously either in Safety and Service and/or in Finance. <br />All of them were recommended by committee with the exception of the one which needs <br />language clarification. <br />
