Regular Council Meeting 4-21-08 Page 7 NEW BUSINESS Referral of request of Highland Dental to rezone the residential property located at 650 SOM Center Road for the purpose of inedicaVdental usage to the Planning Commission for a report and recommendation as per Article III, Section 11 of the Village's Charter. Council President Buckholtz noted that the doctor was in the audience this evening. He once again thanked him for his presentation at Caucus. Everyone got a lot of information. Mr. Marrie read the minutes on that. We are officially sending this on to Planning and Zoning and they will take it from there. Motion to approve expenditure in an amount not to exceed $4,000.00 to Eagle Creek Garden Center for the purchase of brackets for the hanging baskets. (straw vote taken 4/7/08) Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mr. Marrie made a motion to approve expenditure in an amount not to exceed $4,000.00 to Eagle Creek Garden Center for the purchase of brackets for the hanging baskets.
