Regular Council Meeting 6-16-08 Page 5 Records Commission - Mrs. Mills reported that the Commission will be meeting on June 25th at 12:30. They still have two departments to ask questions about records and then we will be coming to you with guidance on what we want to do with additional storage of these items. Representatives will be going to the Service Department to look at the files stored there. Health Care Task Force - Mrs. Mills reported that they are trying to formulate a meeting date at this time. They will probably have a meeting in July. Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2008-20, entitled "An ordinance declaring improvements to certain parcels of real property to be a public purpose, describing the public improvements to be made to directly benefit such paxcels, requiring the owners of the improvements thereon to make service payments in lieu of taxes, authorizing an agreement with Heinen's, Inc., a corporation headquartered in Ohio and having a business. at 860 S.O.M. Center Road, establishing a municipal public improvement tax increment equivalent fund for the deposit of such service payments, and related authorizations pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Sections 5709.40, 5709.42 and 5709.43; and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading - May 19, 2008) This will be left on Second Read.
