Regular Council Meeting 10-20-08 Page 16 First Reading of Ordinance No. 2008-38, entitled, "An emergency ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into a Lease Agreement with Edwin Scott Nethery and Regina M. Nethery for the purpose of leasing the real estate located at 691 S.O.M. Center Road, Mayfield Village, Ohio 44143." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2008-38. Motion Carried Rules Suspended ? Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. Council President Buckholtz asked if this Lease was complete now as well. Mr. Diemert said it is. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted First Reading of Resolution No. 2008-23, entitled, "An emergency resolution in support of Cuyahoga County Public Library Issue 127." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2008-23. Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There were no comments. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted First Reading of Resolution No. 2008-24, entitled, "An emergency resolution in support of Issue 129 the Mayfield City School District's proposed 6.9-mill operating and _ permanent improvement levy." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2008-24. Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion.
