Regular Council Meeting Minutes 12-15-08 Page 14 Motion to authorize transfer from the Governor's Village T.I.F. Fund to the General Sond Retirement Fund the sum of Fifty Two Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Six Dollars and Ninety-Four Cents ($52,686.94). Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to authorize transfer from the Governor's Village T.I.F. Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund the sum of Fifty Two Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Six Dollars and Ninety-Four Cents ($52,686.94). Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There was none. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion to authorize transfer from the Skoda, Minotti T.I.F. Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund the sum of Seventeen Thousand I)ollars ($17,000.00). Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize transfer from the Skoda, Minotti T.I.F. Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund the sum of Seventeen Thousand Dollars ($17,000.00). Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There was none. Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions.
