Special Council Minutes <br />3-8-04 <br />Page 2 <br />>` Ms. Calta said I don't have the contract in front of ine but generally you' d give notice and if they <br />can't cure the breach of the contract then you'd have grounds to cancel the contract. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, any other questions? <br />There were no comments. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />Dr. Parker addressed Mr. Johnson of BFI and said thank you for the service specifically. You've <br />done a good job and John [of J&J], you have some big bins to fill. <br />Mr. Metzung questioned if this shouldn't have been contingent on Highland Heights [also <br />awarding the contract.] <br />Mayor Rinker asked, isn't "Option A' with Highland Heights? (It is.) <br />Executive Session - Personnel Matters <br />Mr. Marquardt seconded by Mr. Marrie made a motion to recess into Executive Session to <br />? discuss personnel inatters. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Council went into Executive Session at approximately 9:55 p.m. to discuss personnel matters. <br />Council reconvened at approximately 10:35 p.m. <br />Council President Buckholtz requested a motion to approve a change in our Agent of Record to <br />negotiate our Health Insurance. <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to appoint Ted Kravec of Wichert Insurance <br />to be the Village's Agent of Record for Employee Health Insurance. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ted Kravec of Wichert Insurance to serve as Mayfield Village's Agent of Record for Employee <br />Health Insurance.
