Special Council Minutes <br />4-19-04 <br />Page 1 <br /> <br />MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village <br />April 19, 2004 <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in Special Session on Monday, April 19, 2004 <br />at 8:00 p.m. in the Mayfield Village Senior Center/Community Room. Council President Bill <br />Buckholtz presided. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Buckholtz, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Marquardt, Mr. Marrie, <br />Mrs. Mills, Dr. Parker and Mr. Saponaro <br />Absent: None <br />Also Present: Mayor Rinker, Mr. Brett, Ms. Calta, Mr. Cappello, Chief Dearden, <br />Mr. Marrelli, Mr. Metzung, Chief Mohr, Mr. Samac, Mr. Thomas <br />and Mrs. Roman <br /> <br /> <br />Council President Buckholtz said the first order of business is the consideration of Resolution <br />2004-1 l. <br />First Readin2 of Resolution No. 2004-11, entitled; "An emergency resolution authorizing the <br />Filing of a Clean Ohio Trails Fund Grant Application." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as <br />a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2004-11. <br />Mr. Brett said this is an ordinance that is verbatim from a prior ordinance that just incorporates <br />language that the Ohio Department of Natural Resources requires in the resolution and <br />designates me as opposed to Ivan Valentic of URS as the contract person: The State requires that <br />the contact person be a Village official. That is the only substantive change in the Resolution <br />which was 2004-01. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any further questions. <br />There were none.
