Regular Council Minutes
4-26-04
Page 19
Mayor Rinker said that shouldn't even be on there then. I thought this came out of Finance-
Mrs. Mills said what we did in Finance was---
Mayor Rinker said I meant Finance Department. I thought this was just processing.
Mrs. Mills said-[in Finance] was a motion to authorize the Mayor to sign letters in support....
Council President Buckholtz said we aren't at that point yet. That is coming up.
Mayor Rinker said that's why I said-what we've always called Upper 40, they've called
Foster's Run in their application. The Milstein property is adjacent to Upper 40 but the
Metroparks has characterized that as the Beecher Brook forest which is down the road here-so I
think this is an error. Council President Buckholtz asked what we have to do to skip this item.

Mr. Brett said don't move to approve it.
There was no further discussion and no motion made regarding this agenda item.
• A motion to authorize the sale by Mayfield Village of the following vehicles:
2002 Ford Crown Victoria (Car 4612)
2002 Ford Crown Victoria (Car 4613)
2001 Ford Crown Victoria (Car 4615)
2001 Harley Davidson (Motorcycle 4672)
1989 Chevrolet Pickup Truck (Service Dept.)
1994 Olds Regency 98
ADDED TO AGENDA: 1986 Chevrolet one-ton Dump Truck
Mrs. Mills said we need to add one 1986 Chevy one-ton dump truck.
Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to authorize the sale by Mayfield
Village of the above-mentioned vehicles.
ROLL CALL: AYES: All
NAYS: None Motion Carried
Authorization Given
to advertise sale of the above-mentioned vehicles.
• Former Mayfield United Methodist Church Property: Phone System; Steeple
Removal (for discussion purposes only)
Mayor Rinker said I thought this was in Safety & Service item and when Safety & Service is
done it would probably go to Finance; I don't know why it is here.
Mrs. Cinco and Mrs. Mills said it was not discussed in Safety & Service.
