Regular Council Minutes <br />12-6-04 <br />Page 16 <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Marquardt, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2004-51. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There were no comments. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2004-31, entitled; "An emergency resolution requesting the <br />Cuyahoga County Treasurer to advance from the proceeds of tax levies for the collection year 2005." <br />Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2004-31. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There were no comments. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried . <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2004-32, entitled; "An emergency resolution re-establishing <br />terms, conditions and compensation for the services of the Prosecutor." Introduced by Mayor <br />Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring <br />a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Mr. Marrie, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2004-32. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion.
