MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Monday, February 16, 2009 <br />Mayfield Village Civic Hall <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in regular session on Monday, February 16, 2009 at <br />approximately 8:05 p.m. in the Mayfield Village Civic Hall. Council President Buckholtz called <br />the meeting to order. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Buckholtz, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Marquardt, Mrs. Mills, <br />Mr. Marrie and Dr. Parker <br />Absent: Mr. Saponaro <br />Also Present: Mayor Rinker, Mr. Miller, Ms. Calta, Mr. Cappello, <br />Detective Smith, Mr. Metzung, Chief Mohr, Mr. Thomas, <br />Mr. Dinardo, Mrs. Kalina and Mrs. Betsa <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />OPEN PORTTON <br />5-minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to speak must first state their name and address. <br />Bill Coughlin <br />806 Hanover <br />Mr. Coughlin asked if Council would like comments on the ordinances concerning oil and gas <br />drilling now or later. He would be happy to do it now if you would like. <br />Council President Buckholtz stated we limit the comments usually at this point to five minutes. <br />We can have it later. We can have it when the ordinances come up. <br />Mr. Coughlin said he would speak now. It is about the ordinances that are on the agenda. You <br />axe probably aware that the Hanover Woods Association is concerned about that. He is here as a <br />Trustee of the Association. Their President is Jeff Schiemann. He could not be here tonight.
