Regular Council Meeting Minutes 3-] 6-09 Page 9 Third Readins! of Ordinance No. 2009-07, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance amending Chapter 733 of the Village's Codified Ordinances to delete Section 733.04." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading - January 20, 2009) (Second Reading - February 16, 2009) Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs.Cinco made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2009-07. Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There were no comments. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2009-11, entitled "An Emergency Ordinance amending Chapter 745 of the Village's Codified Ordinances to amend Section 745.99." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading - February 16, 2009) Council President Buckholtz asked if we should leave this on second read since we did the other ones. Mr. Marquardt replied we can do whatever you want to do. It does not matter. Mrs. Mills suggested we leave it go to Third Read. This Ordinance will be left on Second Reading. Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2009-12, entitled "An Emergency Ordinance amending Chapter 373 of the Village's Codified Ordinances regarding bicycles." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading - February 16, 2009) This ordinance will be left on Second Reading. 1VEW B?JSINESS Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $4,060.00 to Message Labs for anti-virus software for all electronic communication. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $4,060.00 to Message Labs for anti-virus software for all electronic communication. Council President Buckholtz stated this was discussed at Caucus. This will provide added protection to our computer system. Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried NAYS: None , Expenditure Authorized
