MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Monday, July 6, 2009 - 8:00 p.m. <br />Mayfield Village Civic Hall <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in Special Meeting session on Monday, July 6, 2009 at <br />approximately 8:00 p.m. in the Mayfield Village Civic Hall. Council President Buckholtz called <br />the meeting to order. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Buckholtz, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Marrie, Mr. Marquardt, <br />Mrs. Mills and Dr. Parker <br />Absent: Mr. Saponaro <br />Also Present: Mr. Miller, Ms. Calta, Mr. Cappello, Chief Dearden <br />Mr. Marrelli, Mr. Metzung, Chief Mohr, <br />Mr. Thomas, Mrs. Kalina and Mrs. Betsa <br />Council President Buckholtz stated that the primary purpose of this Special Meeting is a public <br />hearing for the 'Lax Budget in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code. Anyone who has <br />- questions or wishes to comment on the tax budget may do so at this time. If not, we will be <br />voting on this later in the meeting. <br />Mr. Miller reported this is just a mirror of what we had this year. We have raised the General <br />Fund revenue a little bit in anticipation of the world recovering, but other than that, everything's <br />status quo. <br />Motion to declare the following inoperable vehicles surplus: <br />- 1995 Chevrolet pick-up (VIN 1GCGK24K5SE107440) <br />- 1996 Chevrolet pick-up (VIN 1GCGK24R5TE152814) <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to declaxe the following inoperable vehicles <br />surplus: <br />- 1995 Chevrolet pick-up (VIN 1GCGK24K5SE107440) <br />- 1996 Chevrolet pick-up (VIN 1GCGK24R5TE152814) <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any questions.
