As Mr. Miller explained, this is <br />basically the same as last year. <br />There were no questions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />• First ReadinI4 of Resolution No. 2009-07, entitled, "An emergency Resolution <br />authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Mary Taylor, CPA, Auditor of <br />State, and the Auditor's Local Government Services Section for certain financial <br />services." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2009-07. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion.
