(First Reading - June 15, 2009) <br />This Ordinance will be left on Second Read. <br />Council President Buckholtz explained to the audience that the reason we have had these <br />ordinances on three reads is there are minor changes for the most part in bringing code items up <br />to snuff as far as other changes in government agencies and modern language. We will leave <br />these on second read. <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2009-30, entitled "An Emergency Ordinance <br />amending Section 709.02 of the Village's Codified Ordinances." Introduced by Mayor <br />Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading - June 15, 2009) <br />This Ordinance will be left on Second Read. <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2009-31, entitled "An Emergency Ordinance <br />amending Section 745.05(fl of the Village's Codified Ordinances." Introduced-by Mayor <br />Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading - June 15, 2009) <br />This Ordinance will be left on Second Read. <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2009-33, entitled "An Emergency Ordinance <br />creating Chapter 767 of the Village's Codified Ordinances pertaining to the schedule of <br />fees, bond and insurance coverage amounts for Part 7, Business Regulation Code." <br />Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading - June 15, 2009) <br />This Ordinance will be left on Second Read. <br />Second Readine of Resolution No. 2009-05, entitled "A Resolution declaring the <br />necessity of renewing by levy a tax in excess of the 10-mill limitation and submitting the same to the electorate of Mayfield Village, Ohio."
