Regular Council Meeting Minutes <br />7-20-09 <br />Page 15 <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Expenditure Authorized <br />Motion to authorize expenditure in an amount not to exceed $3,200.00 to Digest <br />Media for Fal1 Parks and Recreation brochure. <br />Mr. Marrie, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to authorize expenditure in an amount not to <br />exceed $3,200.00 to Digest Media for Fall Parks and Recreation brochure. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any questions. There were none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Expenditure Authorized <br />Motion to authorize advertisement for bids for the senior snow removal service for <br />the 2009-2010 season. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to authorize advertisement for bids for the <br />senior snow removal service for the 2009-2010 season. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Advertisement Authorized <br />Motion to authorize advertisement via internet auction for the sale of police <br />vehicles. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to authorize advertisement via internet <br />auction for the sale of police vehicles. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Advertisement via lnternet Auction <br />Authorized <br />. First Reading of Resolution No. 2009-06, entitled "An Emergency Resolution <br />establishing an identity theft prevention, detection and mitigation program." Introduced <br />by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2009-06.
