Regular Council Meeting Minutes 9-21-09 Page 16 First Reading of Resolution No. 2009-10, entitled "An Emergency Resolution Authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Finance to file applications with the Ohio Public Works Commission and the Cuyahoga County Natural Resources Assistance Council for funds through the Clean Ohio Conservation Program." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2009-10. Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any further discussion on this. Mr. Wynne replied this is the grant with the Sewer District and the Clean Ohio Fund. With matching funds, the total project will be about $900,000.00. Our maximum exposure will be $25,000.00. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted First Reading of Resolution No. 2009-11, entitled "An Emergency Resolution authorizing the Finance Director, Ronald C. Wynne, in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, Charter and Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio, to conduct certain financial transactions with Computershare Investor Services regarding shares held by the Village under Account Number C0000305901." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2009-11. Council President Buckholtz stated that this is just so that Mr. Wynne has signing privileges on a piece of stock that we own. Mr. Wynne said, yes, the Wellpoint Stock. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted First Reading of Resolution No. 2009-12, entitled, "An Emergency Resolution authorizing Finance Director Ronald Wynne to enter into an agreement with Mary Taylor, CPA, Auditor of State, to conduct an audit of the Village's basic financial statements as of and for the years ending December. 31, 2008 and 2007." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2009-12.
