Regular Council Meeting Minutes <br />9-21-09 <br />Page 16 <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2009-10, entitled "An Emergency Resolution <br />Authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Finance to file applications with the Ohio <br />Public Works Commission and the Cuyahoga County Natural Resources Assistance <br />Council for funds through the Clean Ohio Conservation Program." Introduced by Mayor <br />Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2009-10. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any further discussion on this. Mr. Wynne <br />replied this is the grant with the Sewer District and the Clean Ohio Fund. With matching <br />funds, the total project will be about $900,000.00. Our maximum exposure will be <br />$25,000.00. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2009-11, entitled "An Emergency Resolution <br />authorizing the Finance Director, Ronald C. Wynne, in accordance with the laws of the <br />State of Ohio, Charter and Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio, to conduct <br />certain financial transactions with Computershare Investor Services regarding shares held <br />by the Village under Account Number C0000305901." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and <br />Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2009-11. <br />Council President Buckholtz stated that this is just so that Mr. Wynne has signing <br />privileges on a piece of stock that we own. Mr. Wynne said, yes, the Wellpoint Stock. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2009-12, entitled, "An Emergency Resolution <br />authorizing Finance Director Ronald Wynne to enter into an agreement with Mary <br />Taylor, CPA, Auditor of State, to conduct an audit of the Village's basic financial <br />statements as of and for the years ending December. 31, 2008 and 2007." Introduced by <br />Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2009-12. <br /> <br /> <br />
