Regular Council Meeting Minutes 12-21-09 Page 24 First Reading of Ordinance No. 2009-66, entitled, "An Ordinance Appropriating Funds for Current Expenses and Expenditures of Mayfield Village, Ohio for the period from January 1, 2009 and ending December 31, 2009 and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2009-66. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted First Readin%! of Ordinance No. 2009-67 entitled, "An Ordinance Appropriating Funds for Current Expenses and Expenditures of Mayfield Village, Ohio for the period from January 1, 2010 and ending 1Vlazch 31, 2010 and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted First ReadinLy of Resolution No. 2009-16, entitled, "A resolution requesting the Cuyahoga County Treasurer to advance from the proceeds of tax levies for the collection year 2009." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Councii as a Whole. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2009-16. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any further discussion. There was none.
