(First Reading - November 16, 2009) <br />Motion to amend Exhibit A to Ordinance No. 2009-56. <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2009-56, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance <br />amending Chapter 1179 of the Village's Codified Ordinances pertaining to the safe <br />operation of oil and gas wells, along with preserving the character and aesthetics within <br />the Village." Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount $17,280.00 to B&C Communications <br />(pass through - Fire Grant). <br />.
