Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />January 30, 2006 <br />Page 15 <br /> <br />A motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $15,468.00 to TAC <br />Management Company for the 2006 CAD records software support and CRIS service <br />and support for computer aided dispatch records. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro made a motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount <br />of $15,468.00 to TAC Management Company for the 2006 CAD records software support and <br />CRIS service and support for computer aided dispatch records. <br />Chief Dearden reported that this is our annual maintenance for all of our computers and software <br />systems running computer aided dispatch and records management system along with the MDT's <br />and police aruisers. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />A motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount not to exceed $15,000.00 to <br />StateWide for purchase of a 2006 Ford Taurus. <br />? <br />Mr. Marrie, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount <br />not to exceed $15,000.00 to StateWide for purchase of a 2006 Ford Taurus. <br />Mr. Buckholtz explained that this is for the recreation department and the first vehicle was for <br />the building department. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />A motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $2,820.00 to Myron <br />Photographic Elegance for mounted prints for the Historical Society. <br />Mrs. Mills explained that this is the map distributed to Council this evening. The Village will <br />also receive a large copy of this to be mounted and hung. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount <br />of $2,820.00 to Myron Photographic Elegance for mounted prints for the Historical Society. <br />Mrs. Mills asked Nancy to discuss the print. Nancy indicated that it is a 56x48 print. It was <br />from 1858. It is very raxe and one of a kind. <br />Nancy indicated that we have a copy that was damaged and they restored it. One will come here <br />to the hall and one will be on display at the Historical Society. It is a very detailed map made by <br />a Philadelphia company. It has an account of the businesses in Cuyahoga County at that time <br />and several Village centers such as Berea and Euclid Center. It gives names of all people with <br />property at that time. It has been published in the Euclid Creek project, a very good book about
