Minutes of the Regulax Meeting of Council <br />March 20, 2006 <br />Page 14 <br />First Readin%! of Resolution No. 2006-04, "An Emergency Resolution designating certain <br />financial institutions as depositories for interim funds of Mayfield Village, Ohio for the five (5) <br />year period commencing with January 1, 2006, authorizing depository agreements with said <br />institutions." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2006-04. <br />Council President Buckholtz indicated that we do this every year. It is a point of business. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. Dr. Parker asked if we always <br />do this for a five year period. He did not recall that. It seemed like it was on an annual basis. <br />Not that it can't be changed. Council President Buckholtz indicated that periodically he comes <br />back and removes or adds an institution. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />Litigation <br />Real Estate <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Mr. Saponaro made a motion, seconded by Mrs. Mills, to go into Executive Session to discuss <br />Litigation and Real Estate matters <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Council President Buckholtz addressed the audience, advising them that Council is going <br />in to Executive Session. Council will be returning and considering Ordinance No. 2005-18. <br />Council went into Executive Session at approximately 8:45 p.m. Executive Session <br />ended at approximately 10:26 p.m. <br />Council President Buckholtz indicated that after discussion, Council has decided to leave <br />Ordinance No. 2005-18 on second read. Calendars will be coordinated by Mrs. Betsa for the <br />purpose of scheduling a Special Meeting next week.
