Minutes of the Regulax Meeting of Council March 20, 2006 Page 14 First Readin%! of Resolution No. 2006-04, "An Emergency Resolution designating certain financial institutions as depositories for interim funds of Mayfield Village, Ohio for the five (5) year period commencing with January 1, 2006, authorizing depository agreements with said institutions." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2006-04. Council President Buckholtz indicated that we do this every year. It is a point of business. Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. Dr. Parker asked if we always do this for a five year period. He did not recall that. It seemed like it was on an annual basis. Not that it can't be changed. Council President Buckholtz indicated that periodically he comes back and removes or adds an institution. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None EXECUTIVE SESSION Litigation Real Estate Motion Carried Resolution Adopted Mr. Saponaro made a motion, seconded by Mrs. Mills, to go into Executive Session to discuss Litigation and Real Estate matters ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Council President Buckholtz addressed the audience, advising them that Council is going in to Executive Session. Council will be returning and considering Ordinance No. 2005-18. Council went into Executive Session at approximately 8:45 p.m. Executive Session ended at approximately 10:26 p.m. Council President Buckholtz indicated that after discussion, Council has decided to leave Ordinance No. 2005-18 on second read. Calendars will be coordinated by Mrs. Betsa for the purpose of scheduling a Special Meeting next week. Mrs. Mills will contact Mrs. Cinco tomorrow to confirm her availability next week.
