Minutes of the Special Meeting of Council <br />March 29, 2006 <br />Page 2 <br />• Any Other Matter Before CounciIl <br />Mr. Buckholtz asked if there were any other items before Council. <br />• Executive Session <br />I2ea1 Estate <br />Litigation <br />Mr. Saponaro made a motion, seconded by Mr. Marrie, to go into Executive <br />Session to discuss Litigation and Real Estate matters <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Council President Buckholtz addressed the audience, advising them that Council is <br />going in to Executive Session. Council will be returning and considering Ordinance No. <br />2005-18. <br />Council went into Executive Session at approximately 7:10 p.m. Executive Session <br />ended at approximately 8:09 p.m. Council reconvened at 8:11 p.m. <br />• Third Reading of Ordinance No. 2005-18, entitled, "An emergency ordinance <br />authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into a Development Agreement with <br />Progressive Casualty Insurance Company relative to the southern most part of the <br />Northwest Quadrant." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. First <br />Reading May 16, 2005, Second Reading June 20, 2005. <br />Mr. Marrie, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to enact Ordinance <br />No. 2005-18. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There were no <br />comments. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />? <br />;J <br /> <br />
