There were no comments. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />Motion to authorize acceptance of bid from Midwest Paving and Materials of <br />Cleveland, Ohio in an amount not to exceed $61,000.00 for ballfield temporary <br />parking lot. <br /> <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to authorize acceptance of bid from <br />Midwest Paving and Materials of Cleveland, Ohio in an amount not to exceed $61,000.00 for <br />ballfield temporary parkirig lot. <br />Mr. Buckholtz asked if there was any further discussion. <br />Mr. Saponaro indicated that everyone should have received a packet from Tom which provided <br />the list of bidders and the results. Midwest was the lowest bid. Mr. Metzung reviewed the list as <br />well and is in support of us passing this. <br />Mayor Rinker noted that this went through pretty extensive discussion through recreation and the <br />group chosen to focus on what to do as a master plan for the ballfields and park area south of <br />North Commons Drive. We have recognized that depending upon where development goes in <br />the next two to three years, we probably will be building a permanent parking lot, but from a
