Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />July 17, 2006 <br />Page 22 <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2006-12, "A resolution authorizing the Mayor and/or Finance <br />Director to apply for, accept, and enter into a water pollution control loan fund agreement on <br />behalf of Mayfield Village for planning, design and/or construction of wastewater facilities and <br />designating a dedicated repayment source for the loan." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and <br />Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills asked if this Resolution has to be suspended. Mr. Brett indicated he would appreciate <br />it if it was. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to approve Resolution No. 2006-12. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. <br />Mr. Brett stated that this would be a loan through the Water Pollution Control Loan Fund out of <br />the Ohio EPA that would bring down the interest rate and therefore the assessment on the special <br />assessment portion of the Highland Road, Metropark and Zorn Lane sanitary sewer project. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Motion to adjourn into Executive Session for real estate matters. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to adjourn into Executive Session for real <br />estate matters. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Adjournment Authorized <br />Council President Buckholtz advised everyone that they are welcome to stick around.
