We reviewed the Caucus
Minutes. We did not approve this motion. This just came in this afternoon. Mr. Marrelli put it
on the agenda.
Dr. Parker added that before we spend this money we want to know how they are proposing to
finance it.
Council President Buckholtz asked if this was for their previous drawings. Dr. Parker indicated it
was for their new drawings. Council President Buckholtz indicated that this is to build the
facility. We are clearly not going to build the entire facility.
Mayor Rinker stated that his understanding is that they were engaged to give us a feasibility
study. The study provided a report on what can be done for $2.2 million. Council's feeling is
that it is not feasible.
