Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />September 25, 2006 <br />Page 29 <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2006-18, "An :emergency resolution providing for the <br />employment of a municipal architect for Mayfield Village, Ohio according to Ordinance No. <br />70.7 and'' Section 1301.03 of the Codified Ordinances." Introduced by Mayor .Rinker and <br />Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to approve Resolution No. 2006-18. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any questions or discussion. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 2006-19, "A resolution re-establishing the terms, conditions <br />and compensation for the services of the Director of Law and declaring an emergency." <br />Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to approve Resolution No. 2006-19. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any questions or discussion. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Resolution Adopted <br />CLOSING COMMENTS <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any additional comments. <br />Mrs. Betsa reminded everyone of the deadline for the next issue of the Voice of the <br />Village. It is due by early October. Both the VOV and Parks and Recreation Brochure will now <br />have a calendar of events providing three months at a glance. <br />Mr. Metzung congratulated the winners from Friday's golf outing. <br />Mr. Saponaro recommended Mr. Metzung for the upcoming Leadership Academy. <br />Mrs. Cinco asked if we have a street sweeper. Mr. Metzung indicated that we do not. If <br />these things arise, Highland Heights normally helps us out. <br /> <br />
