Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council September 25, 2006 Page 29 First Reading of Resolution No. 2006-18, "An :emergency resolution providing for the employment of a municipal architect for Mayfield Village, Ohio according to Ordinance No. 70.7 and'' Section 1301.03 of the Codified Ordinances." Introduced by Mayor .Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to approve Resolution No. 2006-18. Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any questions or discussion. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted First Reading of Resolution No. 2006-19, "A resolution re-establishing the terms, conditions and compensation for the services of the Director of Law and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to approve Resolution No. 2006-19. Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any questions or discussion. ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried NAYS: None Resolution Adopted CLOSING COMMENTS Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any additional comments. Mrs. Betsa reminded everyone of the deadline for the next issue of the Voice of the Village. It is due by early October. Both the VOV and Parks and Recreation Brochure will now have a calendar of events providing three months at a glance. Mr. Metzung congratulated the winners from Friday's golf outing. Mr. Saponaro recommended Mr. Metzung for the upcoming Leadership Academy. Mrs. Cinco asked if we have a street sweeper. Mr. Metzung indicated that we do not. If these things arise, Highland Heights normally helps us out.
