Regular Council Minutes <br />10/23/06 <br />Page 20 _ _ _ _ __ __ <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There were no comments. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2006-49, "An emergency ordinance pertaining to the <br />wages, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment for employees of <br />Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the calendar years 2006-2010, repealing all ordinances <br />inconsistent herewith." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Marrie, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Marrie, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2006-49. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There were no comments. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />CLOSING COMMENTS <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any additional comments. <br />Mr. Marquardt commented that the entryways at Aintree look very nice. <br />Mrs. Mills referred to the recent notification received for liquor licensing. Pizzazz, True <br />North and Heinen's are not on the list. Is that something we should be concerned about? Mr. <br />Diemert responded that they may be renewing at different times. Mrs. Mills asked Mr. Diemert <br />to check in to this. <br />Mrs. Betsa reminded everyone to change their clocks. Mr. Buckholtz indicated that Mrs. <br />Betsa attended Council Clerk Certification Class this past week. Mrs. Betsa stated that she has <br />two more years of class which is held the second week in October of every year. A summary will <br />be provided shortly to Council. <br />
