Regular Council Meeting 1-29-07 Page 18 Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $4,190.00 to Creative Microsystems for the annual software fee. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $4,190.00 to Creative 1Vlicrosystems for the annual software fee. Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There were no comments. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $2,500.00 to Cuyahoga Soil and Water Conservation District in payment of the Euclid Creek Watershed Coordinator. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Expenditure Authorized Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $16,416.00 to TAC Management Company for 2007 CAD records softvvare support and CRIS service and support for computer aided dispatch records. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $16,416.00 to TAC Management Company for 2007 CAD records software support and CRIS service and support for computer aided dispatch records. Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. Mr. Saponaro explained that the Police Chief determined that this was the best course of action and recommended this annual fee after looking at and reviewing if they would go on a per-call basis. They reviewed all of the service calls that were into the police station over the past year and determined that this was a much better way to go in terms of any annual fee.
