That would have to take place as soon as possible in order <br />to have sufficient time to get the invitations out and to get competitive bids from the markets. <br />Mr. Buckholtz stated that we have a motion on the floor but we could vote on the other item first. <br />How would we go about doing that? <br />Mr. Diemert replied that you just withdraw the motion to adopt and to suspend. <br />Mr. Buckholtz asked who would make that. <br />Mrs. Cinco stated that Mrs. Mills and she did. <br />Mr. Buckholtz asked if they were willing to do that and then the order will be reversed. <br />Mrs. Mills indicated that if we do not have the money, then we cannot buy the property. <br />Mr. Buckholtz stated that we will vote on the property first and then we will vote on the money. <br />Mrs. Mills then withdrew her motion. <br />Mr. Diemert stated that they both withdraw their motions. The record will reflect that. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Withdrawn <br />Mr. Buckholtz asked if we can leave the motion to suspend that was passed on. <br />Mr. Diemert said that was fine. <br />Mr. Buckholtz indicated that if it is not a violation of order, we will go right to the <br />property. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2007-18, "An emergency ordinance authorizing the Mayor to <br />enter into a purchase agreement for the acquisition of 691 S.O.M. Center Road, Mayfield <br />Village, Ohio." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2007-18. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any questions. There were none.
