(Change order for additional work over $4,750.00). <br />Mr. Saponaxo, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of <br />$395.00 to Roman Gladiator of Trades for replacement of cracked and deteriorated flu liners at <br />470 S.O.M. Center Road. (Change order for additional work over $4,750.00). <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There was none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2007-25, entitled: "An ordinance declaring improvements to <br />certain parcels of real property to be a public purpose, describing the public improvements to be <br />made to directly benefit such parcels, requiring the owners of the improvements thereon to make <br />service payments in lieu of taxes, authorizing an agreement with 700 Beta Drive, L.L.C., an Ohio <br />limited liability corporation, establishing a municipal public improvement tax increment <br />equivalent fund for the deposit of such service payments, and related authorizations pursuant to <br />Ohio Revised Code Sections 5709.40, 5709.42 and 5709.43; and declaring an emergency." <br />Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2007-25. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. <br />Mr. Brett stated that this is the TIF to the Hilton Garden Inn. Attached to this ordinance will be the <br />approval of Superintendent Price from the School District in acknowledgment that he has gotten <br />the appropriate notification under the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any other comments.
