Minutes of the Council Meeting <br />December 17, 2007 <br />Page 17 <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2007-30. <br />Dr. Parker asked how this differs from what our code is right now. <br />Chief Mohr replied that this is a housekeeping measure to bring us in line with the state. When the <br />previous code in 2003 was adopted by the state, they were under the old BOCA code. It is now <br />under the international code. This brings us in line with the state. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Readiniz of Ordinance No. 2007-31, entitled: "An ordinance appropriating funds for <br />current expenses and expenditures of Mayfield Village, Ohio for the period from January 1, 2008 <br />and ending March 31, 2008 and declaring an emergency." Introduced by <br />Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2007-19. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion.
