Minutes of the Council Meeting December 17, 2007 Page 17 Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2007-30. Dr. Parker asked how this differs from what our code is right now. Chief Mohr replied that this is a housekeeping measure to bring us in line with the state. When the previous code in 2003 was adopted by the state, they were under the old BOCA code. It is now under the international code. This brings us in line with the state. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted First Readiniz of Ordinance No. 2007-31, entitled: "An ordinance appropriating funds for current expenses and expenditures of Mayfield Village, Ohio for the period from January 1, 2008 and ending March 31, 2008 and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2007-19. Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There were no comments.
