MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village ;Reserve Hall <br />Monday, November 7, 2016 - 7:00 p.m. <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in Special Session on Monday, November 7, 2016 at <br />Mayfield Village Reserve Hall. Council President Saponaro called the meeting to order at 7:00 <br />p.m. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Jerome, Mr. Marquardt, Mr. Mamie, <br />Mrs. Mills, Dr. Parker (7:40 p.m.), Mr. Saponaro <br />and Mr. Williams <br />Also Present: Mayor Bodnar, Mr. Wynne, Mr. Guidetti, <br />Mr. Cappello, Chief Edelman, Chief Carcioppolo, <br />Mr. Marrelli, Mr. Metzung, Mr. Thomas, <br />Ms. Wolgamuth and Mrs. Betsa <br />Absent: None <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />Public Hearing: <br />Proposed Ordinance 2016-20: Proposed rezoning of 730 SO10'I from single <br />family resident to office-laboratory. <br />Council President Saponaro stated, this Public Hearing is on proposed Ordinance 2016-20. It is <br />a proposed rezoning of 730 SOM Center Road from single-family resident to office-laboratory. <br />There is more to the story. That was just the way we captioned it on here. Mr. Fisher, if you <br />could introduce yourself as well as everyone that's involved in this project? I think there were <br />two doctors and some other people. <br />Ken Fisher <br />I am the attorney for Georgian Medical Arts II, LLC who is the property owner of record of the <br />property located at 730 SOM Center Road. With me this evening is Dr. Yoram Moyal, <br />physician, who again is the principal and managing member of Georgian Medical Arts II, LLC <br />and also Mr. Tim Mulle the Project Architect, who is seated back in the fourth row and who will <br />make an actual presentation after I give a brief overview of the project. <br />The process itself in terms of the requested rezoning commenced on or about March 18, 2016 <br />when a written correspondence was submitted to the Clerk of Council requesting that the <br />property that is in the Village's single-family house zoning district be rezoned office-laboratory <br />
