Meeting of Council <br />Monday, December 19, 2016 <br />Page 13 <br />^ General Fund to the Street Construction Maintenance and Repair Fund to <br />cover the 2016 road program the sum of One Million One Hundred <br />Thousand Dollars ($1,100,000). <br />^ General Fund to the Sanitary Sewer .Relief Fund to provide for future <br />projects the, sum of One Million Five Hundred .Thousand Dollars <br />($1;500,000). <br />^ Sanitary Sewer Conversion Fund to the Sanitary Sewer Relief Fund of <br />excess funds to provide for future projects the sum of Four Hundred Seven <br />Thousand One Hundred Fifty-Four Dollars and Thirty Cents. <br />($407,154.30) <br />^ General Fund to the Infrastructure Improvement Fund to cover future costs <br />relating to addressing Village flooding issues and various D&I projects the <br />sum of One Million One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,100,000). <br />^ General Fund to the Community Room Fund to cover the cost of <br />construction and signage the sum of One Hundred Fifteen Thousand <br />Dollars ($115,000). <br />^ General Fund to the Capital Improvement Fund to cover the cost of <br />building renovations (Fire, Service Garage and ODOT), neighborhood <br />entryways and underpass lighting the sum of Four Hundred Thousand <br />Dollars ($400,000). <br />^ General Fund to the Parkview Ballfields Fund to cover. costs associated <br />with the softball field picnic shelter the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars <br />($10,000). <br />^ General Fund to the Parkview Pool Improvement Fund to cover the costs <br />of filters, pumps and an addition to the existing building the sum of Three <br />Hundred Twenty Seven Thousand Dollars ($327,000). <br />Council President Saponaro asked, any discussion on these transfers? <br />Mr. Jerome asked, the Community Room, that was some extra costs for construction of the <br />Community Room? Including a sign? <br />Mr. Wynne replied, we budgeted $40,000 for the beginning of the year for the sign and then <br />Council approved the additional contingency funds of $75,000 on the project when we were <br />running into some issues across the street which we only spent about $30,000 of that. I still <br />transferred the full amount so that we have those funds available for next year for additional <br />furnishings we are looking to purchase for the Community Room as well as an ADA access <br />door. <br />
