Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Tuesday, January 19, 2016 <br />Page 17 <br />Council President Saponaro stated, excellent. Any other questions or discussion points? There <br />were none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Receipt of Financial Report for <br />December, 2015 Acknowledged and <br />Approved <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2016-01, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance <br />establishing the compensation of the Animal Warden for Mayfield Village, Ohio." <br />Introduced by Mayor Bodnar and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Jerome mad-e a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2016-01. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, does anyone have any questions about this? As we <br />discussed in Finance, if you look on the Ordinance itself, the attachment will really explain <br />the value we receive from Mr. Miller as the Animal Warden.. If anyone has any questions <br />on that, we can certainly discuss that. There were no questions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />Resolution No. 2016-06, entitled, "An Emergency Resolution authorizing the Mayor and <br />President of Council to enter into a mutual exchange of services agreement with Mayfield <br />Heights, Highland Heights and the Mayfield City School District for lifeguard services." <br />Introduced by Mayor Bodnar and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2016-06. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, does anyone have any questions on this? This is regarding the <br />cooperation between the communities regarding prior to school closing for summer and then <br />when school goes back into session to make sure all the pools are being staffed and rotated and <br />so forth. We work cooperatively with the other communities. <br />Mr. Thomas added, and the school. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Resolution Adopted
